I discovered this free video lectures thanks to @grgdhiraj. Nicely done and well organized website w/ FREE medical and other subjects video lectures that can be used as an addition to the main USMLE materials. Medically related categories are: anatomy, physiology, health sciences, medicine, and psychology.

I think http://www.learnerstv.com is the best website for students. They have lots of USMLE materials, including lots of free online tests with explanations…

http://www.learnerstv.com is an amazing website and they have recently provided free downloads of the thousands of video lectures. I am a big fan of Learnerstv.com and it is a must visit for any student. My college professor was boring and this site helped me with the concepts.

Without any doubt http://www.learnerstv.com/medical.php is the best website I have visited yet for medical and other students. For USMLE preparation it helps the medical students quite a lot.
