1.In case of high LDL–>STArT with STATins
2.Transmural MI is associated with Q-waves. If we look at the letter Q and imagine that the oval is the heart, than the line which goes trough the whole width means that the damage of the transmural infarct affects the whole wall of the heart.
3.MI–>usually tachycardia. Could be Bradycardia (LOW rhythm) most often with Inferior MI (inferior is LOW too)
