    THA was probably one of my favorite procedures as a resident. there have been some recent resurgence of resurfacing procedures (the birmingham hip) and an increase in minimally invasive surgery. but the surgery is still pretty much the same.

    Thanks for the information about the Birmingham procedure. I am out of the orthopedic business for more than 4 years now and that was a helpful update for me. I found it so interesting and decided to post some information and videos in some of my next posts.
